Water Damage in Venice, CA

We used our infrared camera to take pictures of the loss during our first visit and our last visit. The infrared camera detects the temperature of the materials. As you can see, in the before picture it is much colder than the after picture. Yellow means that the area is warmer while the pink/purple/blue are the colder areas. After we had taken the infrared pictures, we used our moisture meter to make sure the affected areas contained moisture and that the infrared pictures were not giving false positives. Once the area was dried out we took our final infrared pictures to make sure the affected areas were dried out.
