Supply Line Leak in Santa Clarita, CA

The supply line leak had caused the drywall to be fully saturated. The picture on the left shows the moisture meter at full saturation at 99.9. On the right side, the moisture meter is showing 12.9 which is in the perfect moisture level for drywall. It is important to keep in mind that all materials have a different drying standard. We were easily able to place the proper equipment and dry out the area in just a few days. The homeowner was pleased with the results and we were able to save them a lot of time and money.
