Appliance Detach in Van Nuys, CA

The washer had a leak in the laundry room that caused the back wall to be fully saturated. In order to proceed with the necessary demolition of the laundry room, we had to detach the washer and dryer. The homeowner was worried that she would have to detach the washer and dryer herself. She was glad to find out that our crew could detach her appliance prior to starting the demo. After detaching the washer and dryer we were able to proceed with the removal of the drywall and remove wet insulation that was not allowing the wall to dry out. By removing the fully saturated materials we were able to prevent mold from growing in the laundry room.
