Roof Leak in Mar Vista, CA

This commercial building had a damaged roof that caused the entire level to have standing water. The owner was extremely concerned since the flood occurred after business hours and he was unable to get anyone to help him. Luckily for him, we were able to come out even in the middle of the night to extract the standing water and set up equipment to begin the drying process. Not only did we mitigate the water, but we also placed a tarp up to stop the leak from coming in. We were able to extract the standing water and dry out most of the affected materials and save the business thousands of dollars in repairs.
